AAA south is a poor choice for battery replacement. My battery is less than two years old and AAA tech says battery needs to be recharged. Reason was the battery was discharged. When should you call for service? When battery is fully charged. This is a sample of excuses being used to avoid replacement and give customer satisfaction. They also lie and give false info on when service will be. Example AAA supervisor stated that tech would be at my house at 6:00 am nut did not happen.ay
