We were in your store at the merritt island mall today. I'm recovering from Breast Cancer , and have waited all for my boyfriend to get home so we could go for Ice Cream when we got there at 4:20 7-17-2013 one couple was ahead of us and their were 2 employees one of them was making waffle cones not even acting like she saw us. After making a decision to wait on a customer she said to the customer after me can I help you at that point I ask her if she thought I was there waiting for a cab. I assure you I will never patronize your store at the mall again i'm happy that your business can afford to let a $ 12.00 customer leave and your employee roll her eyes when we left I have a lot of customers that I take to the mall from the port I will hesitate to recommend your store

My husband and I have been to the store on Pleasant Grove /Woodcreek Oaks Blvd in Roseville Ca four times in the past two months and each time they were out of ingredients of our favorite flavors. All four times we left empty handed and unhappy to the point that we no longer go there. I don't know who places the orders for stock but something needs to be done because it's an inconvenience to your customers. I have seen people in line in front of me deal with the same thing. I use to be a frequent customer but will not be going back there again. One time I can understand but four times is to much.
