My husband as and I have eaten at the Cracker Barrel at Central Ave. In Knoxville ,Tn for years. The food was always good and store was always clean. But since reopening from Covid that is not the case. The food is hit and miss and the floors are filthy from ground in dirt. The management is not doing its job!!

Just ate at Cracker Barrel in Covington. Front in was stocked and clean. The food was great as usual but service was too slow.

My family and I have been to cracker barrels everywhere we have traveled. We picked up two meals at the Goodlettsville store this was the worst meals I have ever tried to eat I had to through them out. I don't know what they did to the food but was bad did not even look good.

Saturday the sept 12th my wife went to Goodlettsville,Tn and picked up 2 takeout meals for dinner when we went to eat they looked like last weeks food could not eat anyof the food. I don't understand we have never gotten anything bad at this location before. I hope this gets better!

You are in REAL trouble! Been a customer over 30 years and your service and food is now the worst I’ve ever experienced! I seriously doubt the ownership knows anything about running a restaurant business since they took over! Such a shame because you were one of the best before current owners. I will now start searching for another restaurant for me and my family.........you loose! Your spiral of decentagration is in full decline, don’t blame it on anyone but management!

Very disappointed at Midland Texas Cracker Barrel. Food is not up to the standard comparing to all others Cracker Barrel that we have been to. We have given Midland a few chances to make it right but it got real bad as each time we were there.Dining Managers hang around talking to the kitchen manager instead of checking the customers. Dining floors is dirty, short of helper in the dining room. We love Cracker Barrel very much. Please help!!

Fairburn, Ga. Cracker Barrel had the worst service I have gotten in years in any restaurant. Had to wait for server, wait for food, and wait for everything else the server forgot including some of the food I ordered. Got it when I told her she forgot a veggie. By that time I had just about finished. Brings 1 biscuit and no butter. Never asked how the food was and did not bring anymore drink. It was empty. Talk to the manager and he was not much better. Apparently someone needs a lot of training as well as the so called manager. Will not be back.
