    I just called Dollywood resort and spoke to Marie a customer service rep about why I hadn’t received my refund of $405.30 for 6 splash country deluxe dining passes and when she said she didn’t know why I ask to speak with her supervisor or someone higher than her and she said no and hung up on me , I have been trying since April 2020 to get this refund and to date no refund and no explanation as to why not

    I think it is a crying shame to take money from people for Season Passes before COVID and then expire those unused passes without people being able to go to Dollywood. My wife has a compromised immune system so its not like we could come there. I did not expect a refund but did expect to have next year as a time which we could come. I don't believe we will be renewing or even coming in the future with this kind of treatment. PLEASE show Dolly my review.

    I've always loved Dollywood...but this year I am extremely disappointed. I purchased 5 1 day passes and parking totaling almost $500. Due to Covid, we were unable to make the trip. I called on July 24th and requested a refund. I was told it would be processed in 30 days. I recieved an email confirmation of my request. It is now September 21st and no refund. I have attempted to contact Dollywood...but end up on hold for almost an hour. I've requested a call back 3 times and have never recieved one. This is not acceptable. They offered me the refund and they need to follow through in a timely fashion. This is terrible customer service...

    Corona affected everyone. We get that. But to be treated so poorly by customer service and to be “possibly” refunded less than 1/5 of what I paid for tickets that were not used is unprofessional and disrespectful. Reached out every way I know and get nothing from anyone. Dollywood does NOT care about their customers. They care about money.
