Won't warranty a roof problem even though it is event that the roof was not hit. They claim it has never came up before in that area well there is always a first time. Dont know why either but we didn't damage it our self.. Worst customer service ever. Won't tell me why. Even where we stopped to get help with it said there were no evidence that the roof had been damaged by us.

it's ridiculous making your employees work in the freezing cold turn the heat on for them people have gloves scarves and hats on trying to stay warm. it's inhumane
