Company Overview

Hyundai Motor America is a subsidiary unit of the Korean company of Hyundai Motors, located in the United States. The company takes charge of the sales and distribution of cars and other motor vehicles of the Hyundai Company in the United States. It mainly produces versions of Sonata and Elantra passenger cars of Hyundai. Other than this, they even have engineering and research centers in and around the United States. Alabama houses one of the highly advanced facilities for manufacturing vehicles of Hyundai Motor America. On the other hand, Michigan possesses an operational engineering facility of the company, while the research, testing and designing centers are located in California.

    I live in Puerto Rico, bought a 2016 Tucson sport fully loaded in December on 2015, the car has 25,700 miles as of today, love the car but I will never buy another Hyundai product again, the service dept.In Bayamon is one of the worst, but I blame myself for buying the car, my wife fell in love and I bought it. I have to tell you I do love the car, and my friends love the car, but I make sure they do not make the same mistake that I did, on buying your product.

    I will never buy another car from brad benson. no one knows what they are doing there. Charlie, Rocco and Jay. They past my call to one person and that person passes it on to another and so on. We purchased a car on july 11, 2013 it is now august 11, 2013. We drove the car home with temp insurance. The car has been sitting in my driveway with no plates, registration or insurance. They said that the loan did not go through. what I don't understand is why did they let us drive the car home in the first place. For the last two weeks they have been giving us the run around saying they are going to see what they can do. Plus the USB don't work, no spare tire or jack with the car. But it's funny they took my cash deposit in a heartbeat. As far as all their deals no down payment is a lie, get 1000 American express give card is a lie.. The sad part is that I have a Accent and my son has a veloster. we will buy from another dealer. After 31 days still no answer. Someone at brad benson screwed up and they are just passing the buck

    Purchased a 2013 Tucson in August 2012. After 2 weeks the car needed a new motor for the windshield wipers. Not happy about this since it was a brand new car. Now its May 2013, and i need a new steering system. Again, I am very angry. I do not want to keep this car and will see what my options are. Very dissatisfied with Hyundai.
