I WORK FOR A PROVIDER IN rOCKVILLE,MD and can't get the switch board operators to the Provider Service personnel, to answer the phone or direct me to the correct section. A thrid grader can do this. I have a claim that is over 16 months old and KP doesn't give a damn. It seems this KP in Rockville, MD,DOESN'T give a damn and it does not make my day at all when I realize I have to call them. Medical Corispondence: They just give you the run around on doing your disability & FMLA paper work. My paperwork was tiered in on 3/18/13 and they're stroll saying there on 3/12/13.This isn't right, something needs to be done about your services. I pay my medical & co-pay when I see the doctor so I expect my papers to be done at a reasonable amount of time. I hope you can do something about.
