We went to the timonium location in late july in the evening and we were told they ran out of dough,so we were not able to get the grilled chicken flat breads that we like.They also told us there were several entrees that they could not make due to not having certain ingredients.The waitress was not very attentive to us and we were very disappointed in the slow service.She came out and told us we could have some hot rosemary bread and that it was still in the oven only to find her coming back to the table with bad news that they could not even make any bread.That bread is very good and we missed it,our appts came out and they were both cold oh well this was par for the course I guess.The bib salad my wife ordered was nothing but big chunks of lettuce with not many other thing in it,and the chicken on the salad was of course over cooked and dry.This was the worst restaurant experience we have ever encountered.There was no manager even sent to our table and the waitress knew we were very unhappy with our vistit,shame on them they should have closed the doors earlier and none of this would have happened.

Just found a piece of glass inside my stuffed mushrooms at Ponce Puerto Rico macaroni and grill store. Sadly this was one of my favorite restaurants. I hope whoever is encharged of this investigates and corrects this proublem. As for me don't know if I'll return. The resraurant manager really only ask for my name and telephone and just gave my daughter some telephone number to call if I ended in a hospotal ER. Nothing else was done I even had to ask fo a new stuffed mushrooms order. Hope this does not fall on deaf ears.
