On sunday 9/1/2013 I was in your chicago fASHION MALL IN ROSEMOINT iLL.i HAD THE WORST EXPERENCE EVER. I hgave bveen a van husen customer for apox 5 years.It seems to be a problem to get my email in the system so I was VERY EXASPERATED when this happened the asst manager Amanda laughed at me and told me not to throw a fit I asked her who she was then she told me she would call security.I have heard from others that is the van heusen way.The manager knows me from the the Aurora outlet so I purchase quite a lot.Last week I purchased slax and some shirts and was helped by thge manager and was very satisfied,. Today I left three shirts and three ties,maybe not the biggest sale but I come at least twice a month to the outlet.I would like some kind of response as to Amandas behavior.Besides laughing at me but threatning me with security is this this new van heusen??? i'm trying to get in touch with someone who are in charge for my Benfits for workin g at phillip van heusen corp. for 14 years & 6 month. i know some of the people got some paper work about p.v.h.and ther benefits but i didn't receiver mind
