I bought a new refrigerator April 15, 2013 and have had nothing but problems. Sears delivered three refrigerators and all of them had physical damage. I have recently agreed for hem to replace one of the doors on the original delivered refrigerator. Sears has not been able to get the door to my house to have it replaced. The door finally arrived today May 29 2013. I called to have them come out on Friday May 31 to replace the door with a new one. I was informed by the store where it was purchased that they couldn't do this either I've got to wait until next weekend to get a service person out to install it. We have spent the last three weeks waiting to get this door delivered and installed. Sears customer service is very bad. I'm quite sure that I'm not the only person that's had a bad experience with sears customer service. Please fix this problem with your sorry customer service.

sears wasilla store sucks big time. bought a washer/dryer they messed up on the order then they messed up the delivery still no washer/dryer. will now be parking my truck in their parking lot with a sign that says DO NOT BUY FROM SEARS YOU WILL REGRET IT BIG TIME ASK ME HOW! sears you can call me to discuss this issue 1-907-357-1924
