I recently visit your store at 2350 S. Parker Road, Aurora, Colorado and was very disrespected as a customer. One of your cashier's name Annalisa was rude and disrespectful. I tried to return an item(a small end table)about a size 4x6 round end table from another tjmaxx/homegoods store and I was told I couldn't due to space. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that he was on vacation and the fill in manager John only worked in the mornings. As you very well know, all tjmaxx carry different items and I was expecting to check to see what this store location may have to help me decorate my home and while I was there I would return the item. The original tags were still on the item and I had the receipt. After being told this, I called the store where I purchased the item and the manager there told me as a valuable customer, there should be no reason why they shouldn't return the item. With this said, I asked the young lady for her name and she stated that she didn't care if I wrote a letter, this was only a part-time second job with minimum wages and I believe she would have said more if her co-worker hadn't told her to stop talking. I was very disappointed and embarrassed for tjmaxx that they would have someone like this to represent them in such a matter. As hard as it is to get a job these days, I would have thought she would have been thankful to have a job. I will continue to shop at tjmaxx, but at other locations, I would never go back to this location and I hope I or no one else would be subjected to this kind of behavior from an employee who applied to a customer job like this.
