This company is absolutely terrible about refunding tickets for cancelled events. I’ve tried numerous times to call and actually talk to a customer service representative about the status of my refund for an MLB game that was cancelled. All you get is a recording that directs you to go online to check my account. All my account says is the game was cancelled. No other information available. From this point on, I guess I’ll just have to call the venue box office for tickets to future events.

Your website is awful and cheats the consumer. I bought tickets on June 14th using your ticketmaster.com website. The tickets I wanted were for July 16th because that is when I was traveling to where the event was being held...I do NOT live in the same state as the event. When I went to the event on your website, it showed the JUNE dates. I then went to the Calendar at the top right of those June dates and picked JULY. A big JULY calendar with JULY dates popped up. I clicked on July 16th because that is the date I wanted to buy tickets for. The page refreshed and dates and times now showed so that I could buy actual ticket for the specific time I wanted. What I realize now , but did not then, is that after going through your JULY calendar and picking a JULY date, it refreshed and took me to JUNE times. Of course it says "Jun" which is very close to "Jul" and it is in very small font---thus even though I went into the July calendar and clicked on July 16th, it showed me June dates and I ended up, wrongly, buying a ticket for June 16th. Now you won't refund me even though this is due to a website GLITCH on your part and your company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with in terms of customer service and talking to me about this matter.

your website change is not as user friendly for those of us that don't have the time to jump all around trying to figure out how exactly it works I am 57 and have missed the last 3 shows I wanted to see because the thing was too hard to accomplish what I was attempting todays experience was one of the worst (although I ended up with tickets the are not the ones I would have purchased had I known what I know now and when I called the experience only got worse) I have had my ticketmaster acct for many years and was pretty happy until this stupid interactive map was forced upon me I will have a conversation with eric korman soon and let him know exactly what I think if he is the type who is interested enough to actually take a phone call. I am betting he is not but I will try
