I have a ford ranger and had front brakes and front rotors put on from tires plus in canton GA and a month later the front was not riding right so I called tires plus and brought it to them and they told me I needed two new front tires and then the front end was still not right and then I proceeded to take the tire off and check it myself and found out my truck had to bad outer bearings but I mean come on that lazy not to check everything before telling you that you need something and it was really something else, that is what you get paid for. I mean I understand bearings go bad but those are things they should check one day one wrong diagnose is going to really hurt someone bad or even kill someone. I will never use these people again. Money eaters.

I rececntly had my car tires rotatedand balanced by tires plus lilburn ,GA. one and a half weeks later my wife is on the interstate and the wheel come off. they could have killed her or injured her very bad. luckly that was not the case. but; after i pay $125.00 to have the car towed, the guy at tires plus suggested that i had someone put brakes on the car because no brake dust is on the rotor. i just bought the car and had brought the car to tires plus and had them inspect everything and change all the fluids. the brakes were new but two months old. i filed an claim with them and they were suppose to call me within 72 hours but its been 4 days and haven't heard from them yet. I wantmy car fixed and their buying junk car parts to put on my car. what kind of place does that. they are treating me like i don't have a clue. dont shop or have your car repaired but tires plus they will put used parts but charge you for new parts . i thought the custermer was important.that what is wrong with these large companies they dont care anymore. i'll see them in court first.
