U-Stop Convenience Shop offers great service as car stations. During the 70s, the station offered various car service facilities. At the onset of 80s, they changed their marketing strategy and started value added service after initiating consumer convenience items like groceries, snacks and even pops. During this period, they even turned out to be self-service stations from full-service ones. M.E. Whitehead inaugurated the business and during 1965, the company under the banner Whitehead Oil was operating almost 64 car service stations and a plant for distributing bulk products. They even hold the record to operate smoothly during the phase of gas shortage in 1970's.
