The Manager that is at Jensen Beach Florida is a very rude and mean person to her employees I just don't under stand how can she treat those girls like that. Im not going to that store again as long as she is there and my friends are doing the same . I don't know her name but she is a older lady and she is the store Mgr!!!!!!!!

i want to complain about store #275 flowermound.the new manager adam marks is so arrogant and rud to vendors and customers.he thinks he knows more than the makeup reps do.he stays on his phone and tries to sell other products after i already talked to a rep about what i need.i think that is so disrespectful.i liked the old managers better,i will not ever go to that store agin

you have the worst management in the preston forest store. it is so dirty when i visited the store. the manager needs to be fired. she does not do her job. i hear it from people that work there.

After 20+ years of going to a different salon, I'm now proud to say that I'm a ULTA customer for life! I wish to specifically thank and acknowledge TRISH at ULTA Store #309, 4733 Commercial Drive, New Hartford, NY 13413, for providing me with two WONDERFUL experiences at their salon ( and hopes of many more ). TRISH should be commended for her professionalism, talents, courtesy, and kindness, resulting in my beautiful hair style results!! Additionally, each ULTA Associate, from wall to wall, in #309, New Hartford, NY, has impressed me with their knowledge and incredible, friendly customer service abilities.
