I just visited unit #7487 in Kokomo IN. and could not beleave how one on your team members talked to the lady at the drive thru. I am not sure if she was new or not ,but she should have never been treated in such a manner. He was still yelling at her when I pulled away. she did nothing wrong my service from her was fine. He said that my debit card did not go through and she told him it did, and I even handed her back my reciept so she could show him. He should not treat his staff this way. I have been in management many years and this is know way to treat your staff.
