I purchased a wireless usb device and before I ordered I asked the sales rep when the activation started and I was told not until I started using the device. The sales rep LIED to me and I have proof and documentation to prove this. I will be reporting Netzero to the BBB, FCC and the State Attorney General office of CA.

I would like some questions answered in reqards to my parents. I am trying to upgrade their service. All I get is you need to sign up first, then we can tell me what they can get. I do not want to tie them to a contract and waste their time and yours. I just want facts.
