The company was established in the year 2005 under the supervision of Jenifer McCormick and AFL Inc now handles both air and ocean freight exports and imports.

    I wish I would have read the reviews before we went. We leased three appliances. While going through the process I asked questions. I have three months if I choose to pay the 50.00. No you have 6 months. I said but 108 days isn’t 6 months. She said it works out to be 6 months, if you have any questions after the translation is fine you can call the number. What happens if we don’t pay off the lease in the 6 months? She said it’s just like a credit card there’s no extra charges. When I was going over my contract I asked lots of questions to which I was told she didn’t know and referee to the number again. Then the guy just told me to sign it it’s just like any other contract we don’t know the answered to your questions. Come to find out you’ll own three times what you would have normally paid if you don’t pay it off in three months. Call customer service and file a complaint. They say they’ll escalate it. They dint. I call again and the supervisor says they will escalate it and I’ll get a call in 24-48 hours just like the last call. No call after a week. I call again this morning AGAIN and was on hold fir another 20 minutes. The only resolution they can give (the finance company) was give me one extra month. Not acceptable. They then refer me back to the company! WHAT! The company didn’t care enough to tell the truth or know any answered to any questions. What are they going to do? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I’m so disappointed in SEARS. I will not by purchasing from them ever again because of this or this company for that matter. It’s sad. All these negative reviews and no one cares about the customer anymore. I was lied to and pressured into signing a contract. Just horrible!

    Put a down payment on some furniture, went in two weeks later and paid it off. Was told it wasn't in stock.... FIVE WEEKS LATER I have some fool 'manager' wanting to give me some used up floor model with only 30.00 taken off an almost 400.00 new recliner. He claims I have to wait for a corporate check to get a refund. I tried to call the corporate office but only get some lame automated system. SHADY... that's what I'm gonna pass on to any and every website about this place!!!!!!!!!!

    We paid for our furniture up front. Told them we would pick it up wed. And when we went to get it, they sold it to someone else. I later found out that this is not the first time that this has happened. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Not even my dog!!

    I placed an order for a bedroom and living room set. I paid with cash and credit. I only received the order I paid credit for. The employee took my money, gave me a fake receipt and I never received my furniture. I went to management with my complaints and they did not care. Surprisingly enough the employee no longer works there...I'm sure he was fired for similar behavior but I was robbed of $1000 and nobody cares. I have the receipt and all the proof I need.

    I have been giving the run around. This company took my money and I still haven't received my merchandise. When trying to speak to the proper people, I am transferred after transferred. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone , this is another example of a big company taking advantage of the little people.
