Repair man came to our home. He said we needed new cushions for our new chairs. They ae only 6 months old. They are made by Hunting House furniture. we paid for the high density cushions. so much for that!! We had to pay extra for 2 new cushions to the tune of $210.00. Well, here it is 3 months later and no cushions. We have called customer service 3 times. no one has gotton back to us yet. Very disappointed with this company. this is the last time buying from them. Elaine Gilmore

I have been trying since May 3rd to have my couch repaired. It I now August 14th. I am the one constantly calling for updates, I am the one calling to see if parts have come in, I am the one doing all the work! For a company that states its customer service is "so important" they most certainly know how to loose a customer for life. BAERS FURNITURE COMPANY CUSTOMER SEERVICE SUCKS ASS!!!!!!
