Avoid this hotel chain! Stayed at the Orlando hotel in June 2013. We had $3000 stolen from their hotel safe. Their insurance company denies any liability and will NOT share the details of their investigation and basically admits they did not watch the security video to see what happened. What did they investigate? What kind of business practice is that? Connie from the company told me we are out of the money and " it's too bad that happened." Thanks a lot. We will never stay in one of their hotels again.

I stayed at the Pear Tree Inn nights of April 14 and 15, 2013. The first morning I had bites on my neck. After the second night (the day I checked out) the left side of my neck and into my hair was filled with bite marks. I have seen a doctor who confirmed they are bed bug bites. The Pear Tree used to be a favorite stop for us in KC. I will never stay there again. What is the corporation going to do to get rid of this problem. I am having doctor expenses as a result and with the itching it is almost impossible to sleep. Please respond

While staying at Drury's Louisville,KY location on October 14-16, I was infected with BED BUGS all over my body. I determined this came from the crouch in the studio room we were staying in. When I complained to the management, they gave me 10,000 points on my Gold Card Membership. They were supposed to have taken the two nights charge off my credit card, but this did not happen. Drury's Corporate Office will be receiving a letter from me very soon including pictures taken of the bites. Also, I will be asking them to credit my card with a refund for the affected dates. We have stayed in Drury Hotels many times and hope this situation can be resolved to the satisfaction of everyone.
