I am so disappointed in JC Penny and the way they do business. As a brand new customer of less than a yr. Only having used their card twice. Paying off the first purchase when I got the bill. They have since ran another credit check on me without my knowledge. Which in return lowered my score. Then they lowered my line, when I called I was treated horribly, receiving a letter today that they cancelled my card and states that they notified all major credit unions of my card canceling. Who does this Company think they are? I would NEVER have done business with such a comany who treats their new customers in such a way. SHAME ON JC PENNY. very disappointing

I have been so disappointed in the changes Penney's made to their styles, name brands etc. It is geared for young people only and the brands that I always bought are no longer available. I liked the St. John's Bay active wear, nice warm up suits that were classy and stylish. The pants and jackets came in tall that I need. Also the SJB turtlenecks in tall. I am an ice skating coach and could always depend on getting my teaching clothes at Penney's and now they are no longer available for me. Please bring some of the old items back!!!!!!!!!! Penney's needs to take a survey of their customers and see what they would like the store to carry and not go out on a wild whim to change everything. Barbara Kuhn

I recently purchased a diamond ring from your Greenwood, IN store. I wanted for insurance purposes, ALL the information concerning the ring. The sales person Rose told me I could obtain it from your web site, HOWEVER when I put the information in I get NOTHING. I'm VERY disappointed. The 1.5 Karot diamond is worthless to me unless I can insure it & without the stats on this item I can't do that. The item # is 273/4501/010501, purchased Febrauary 25, 2013, from Assoc # 0802, Rose Randall. Store #0355. Terminal #350, Transaction # 7495 @ 1:22PM.
