    found the perfect dress for my best friend's wedding, but wrong size. truly the best dress i've seen in a long time....could you help please? Its a long (maybe maxi) dress...the color on tag said navy blue( more of a gray navy blue). Lycra stretching material with a two inch gathered strip down the front with a beautiful key-hole like detail on the back...strap on top of back neck line, opening, then a sway below. I know this is a long shot, but i would really, really appreciate any lead..it may be last seasons dress as I found it at a Marshall's in Studio City. Love your fashion and appreciate any help!!! Much gratitude!!

    I purchased a handbag 4 years ago. It started to rip/shredded like paper in less than a year. I believe I still have it in my purse storage box. I paid over 300.00 for a paper bag with Michael Kors name on it. The bag was purchased for his store in Miami at the Dolphin Mall I used my American Express Card. That purchase was a huge disappointment!

    I want to say I visit very often our home store at Boca Raton Michael Kors at Boca Town Center FL. There service and attention is outstanding specially from Christine, Mellissa, Jessica, and the store manager Ellen as well as there staff. I'm probably not the easiest person to work with but the kindness and sweetness makes you want to always come back. The quality of material may not always be the best but you just need to know what to choose, but the quality of service and attention they give there customers is definitely there. Till recent had an issue and asked to speak with one of the managers since I didn't see any of the ones I Knew and this young lady by the name of Kim who had no appearance as manager and was very rude to me and didn't not want to help me until I mentioned that I have been coming here for years and I would make sure that someone knew about her rudeness. I then came back to the store and resolved my issue directly with the store manager who has been great for many years that I have been coming to the store. I don't want to make this any longer but just wanted to make sure someone knew about this and if your ever at boca stop by and see there amazing store and staff except for Kimm.

    The Michael Kors Store at Premium Outlets in Williamsburg has the worst customer service ever, which seems to fall in line with the rest of the reviews I am now reading. I received a Stella Glitz watch as a gift and needed to have links removed in order for it to fit. No other retailers would make the adjustment because of the Michael Kors product warranty. I was ultimately advised to take the watch to the Michael Kors Store nearest me (45 minute drive). The store, while capable of providing the service, refused to do it because I didn't know what store it was purchased from (the authenticity was not in question). I explained it was a gift, that I didn't mind paying and that I had driven 45 minutes and they still wouldn't do it. They were also extremely dismissive and the "manager" would not provide me her name or corporate information. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER MICHAEL KORS PRODUCT.

    I bought a $350.00 purse from Michael Kors store. The attachment that holds together the shoulder strap broke which was plastic. For $350.00 you would think the hardware that hold the purse together would NOT be plastic.Now no one knows what to do to assist me. I am angry because I have NEVER had this to happen with a Coach or Dooney and Bourke purse.This purse is barely used and now I am stuck. Shame on you Michael Kors I bought from you in good faith and received a lemon.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Store Manager of DADELAND MALL (MIAMI,FL) Juan Carlos Roman is the rudest person that I have ever come across in my ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!! I have been shopping at MK for over a decade along with other high end designers. I had an issue with a bag that i had purchased as it was chipping very fast and when i expressed this to him he acted as if he didn't care and it wasn't his problem. He NEVER RESOLVED MY ISSUE!!! I overheard him saying some very degrading stuff to his employees and even one of his employees SECRETLY informed me that he is always mean to them and that he is STEALING INVENTORY FROM THE STORE but doesn't care as he will never get caught because he is good friends with the REGIONAL MANAGER OF MIAMI DADE COUNTY IN MIAMI,FL NAMED JEANETTE. Corporate should really go to this location and investigate with the employees and investigate the relationship that the store manager and the regional manager have. I HAVE MANY CLOSE FRIENDS THAT ARE ATTORNEYS AND I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO THEM TO ASSIST THE EMPLOYEES WITH TAKING LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE STORE MANAGER AND MICHAEL KORS!!!! HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!!!!!!

    For a company who charges so much for 'quality' items, you think they would back their product!! I bought a large bag and within a month the zipper broke - they wouldn't even talk to me about replacing the product!! Shame on you Michael Kors! I just bought my last purse, and it has been many through the years. The money you make off of us consumers, and you can't be bothered to replace or repair the items that are poorly made?????

    Michael Kors quality has improved over the years, however: the customer service continues to be terrible. For the prices that I pay for their products I expect them to stand behind them, just like Coach does.
