    I don't mind paying for a quality bag and when I purchased my almost $400 MK bag I didn't expect that it would start falling apart 18 months later. I've sent a complaint in to Customer Service but have not received a response and judging by the reviews I'm reading on line, I doubt I will ever hear from them. I am now a reformed Coach customer. They provide a lifetime guarantee on their bags and the quality is outstanding. Customer service is what keeps a retailer in business and with any luck Michael Kors will be out of business before too long.

    Very bad customer service. They do not reply to emails and they do not return phone calls. I bought shoes which are extremely uncomfortable and not possible to walk in and can not return them.

    I had a great experience talking to a girl named Amy when calling customer service. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. Also love the great quality products I've bought multiple and have had no complaints.

    I have been trying to get in touch with someone in customer service regarding a damaged handbag for over half a year now. No one bothers to return the numerous phone calls or emails. They clearly do not care about keeping their customers happy.

    The Michael Kors store in Potomac Mills, Woodbridge, VA customer service is the worst! Not only are the managers rude and provide wrong information to customers, they give you the run around and treat you like you are lower than they are. The company policy not to give a refund is a poor customer service decision Michael Kors can make! Coach and other high end outlet stores have excellent return policy and the staff are there to assist you as much as they can. Not so at MK!! Then I go back to that store. I love MK bags, but I will NEVER buy a bag from a MK store. I will buy it from a retail store who will provide me the customer service I deserve!

    Michael Kors provides the WORST CUSTOMET SERVICE EVER...THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER...THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY.I have been trying to get an issue Resolve for an entire week...the corporate office provided no assistance.I will NEVER buy anything from Michael Kors again, and I advised you to do the same. Buyer Beware!!

    THE WORST SERVICE EVER! THEY SUCK ! DONT ORDER FROM HERE CAUSE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MAKING MONEY THESE MONEY HUNGRY BASTARDS, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER! I ORDERED SOMETHING ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND IT STILL HASNT COME IN YET THEY ALEADY TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD!

    The store manager at Michael Kors in Fashion Outlet Mall in Niagara should be fired. That woman (don't know her name but she was wearing a black/white stripe shirt during my visit on March 13, 2013) is the worst customer service provider I have ever seen in my life. I wonder how she became a manager in that store. Not only did she rudely decline our 'request' for an additional discount for the last bag with scratches behind the MK lock, she also insulted us with her reasoning that would only confirm how much of a dumbass she is. I did not end up buying that bag because of her but I feel so sorry for the salesperson, Megan who had helped me on this visit. In all seriousness, Megan should have been the manager not that dumbass. When you have this kind of manager in your store, customers would take their business somewhere else. In my case, Coach is just right across and made my purchase there. Coach's customer service is a topnotch. No wonder people would line up to get in the store. And of course they do have great quality products. I love MK products but after this experience, I would not be visiting this store for a while.
