A leading chain of cheap motels, Motel 6 has its branches in more than one thousand areas of Canada and the United States. They even operate a chain of hotel for extended stay, under the name, Studio 6. They were sold to the Blackstone Group in 2012, at a lofty price of 1.9 billion US dollars. Paul Greene and William Becker established Motel 6 in the region of Santa Barbara in California. They even planned to introduce other motels where rooms could be offered at bargain price. The initial rent of the rooms of the motel was charged as 6 dollars, from where the name was conceptualized.

Bed Bugs, mold on the walls, and rooms that smell like cat urine at the Motel 6 1715 State Route 534 Geneva, Ohio.
Bed begs, mold on ceiling and walls, and room reeked of cat urine. The glass doors never cleaned and the dust behind the night stands were 2 inches thick. Motel 6 1715 State Route 534 in Geneva, Ohio. BEWARE!!!
Your not selling out on rooms, but yet your raising rates? That means even less rooms sold. Ive spent over $2700 in the last 2 months at your establishment. Thats not how you keep customers!!!!!!!L
Abused horridly by racist, psychopathic manager at Motel 6, Loop 12, IRving, Texas. Charged $100.00 pet deposit, then we found out Motel 6 doesnt have pet deposits...looks like she pocketed this money, never was refunded. The housekeeper and I worked to clean the room to make spotless after we moved, only to have the psychopath, Teresita Perfecto, try to charge additional "cleaning fee"...then she takes it upon herself to black ball my roommate and I in every hotel/motel in town so we can't stay. She tried to over charge an elderly mexican couple ($80.00/night) for a room with no micro/frig, only bed/TV...cockroach infestation at this location worst ever seen in any public establishment...disgusting service...they treat people like they are trash...need to join class action against this manager to sue
I have never been treated this bad in my life treated like trash
Dear Jim Amorosia, CEO of Motel 6, Over the years, I have had many pleasurable stays at your fine hotel in my travels across the US. However, my visit on 06/26/14 in Terre Haute, IN #4637 was unfortunately a horrible exception. I am certain that once you are aware of what transpired, you will be as appalled as I am. Here's what happened: This place is absolutely filthy. There were splatters on the walls which I don't even want to imagine what they are from. As soon as nighttime came around, roaches came out of just about every nook and crack. There was blood on the blanket. My wife was afraid to fall asleep, because all noise other guess were making. In the bathroom I didn't even want to touch anything because everything was so dirty." And there was no soap either. Under the matters there were little black specks and brown stains. This one of the worst Motel 6”s I have ever stayed at. As you can imagine, the experience fell far short of my expectations -- considering the great deal of money I have spent with your company during my multiple visits. I also frequently recommend your accommodations to other travelers. I also know some of Motel 6’s are privately owned, but they still are representing your company name. I am not certain at this time if I will ever feel comfortable returning to your establishment. To be honest, it depends on your response to my concerns. If you have any questions, you can reach me at 480-220-4655. Thank you very much for your prompt response. Sincerely Michael
motel6.com (540) 433-6939 - 10 Linda Ln, Harrisonburg, VA When I checked in at the front desk, a very ugly old lady with a lousy personality responded in a vulgar tone of voice as if she was obligated to go to work today. Why did the owner put an old rack who can bearly smile and is lacky of customer service skill there in the first place. They should put a young attractive young teen who is well-respected in the community instead of giving this job to an skank dumb ass old lady who has absolutely no clue of what she is talking about.
I can't say anything besides this is a horrible motel/hotel the guy in front of me was offered to wait another hour so he could get a longer stay and then when I asked I was told he couldn't let in everybody on Baiabosa@yahoo.comhis secret. Totally unfair and I'm going threw enough financial problems as is. Woulda been nice for me my 2yr old son and 5yr old daughter to spend more time here to figure out where I'm gonna live cus I just figure that deal the guy in front of me got would have been such a blessing from god to be able to not have to worry about it for atleast a couple more hours and relax while I take my kids to the pool and enjoy life I just wish I could get some compensation because I seek like it was based and me being discriminated on no joke! I should been able to stay here an extra day or two since I got chosen to be a target at motel 6 and because I'm going to be staying here for a couple weeks so they will have a garunteed payment every week
I have a complaint. I stayed at a motel 6 in Tampa for 2 nights without any hot water or working phone I told them about it and they did nothing. Can you do anything?
