Quaker Oats is a reputed food conglomerate. The company registered its name as a trademark for breakfast cereal with honest value and good quality. They also produce Chewy Granola Bars from chunks of rich chocolate and creamy yogurt. They started operation in 1901, after merging four oat mills - The Quaker Mill Company of Ravenna, a cereal mill in Cedar Rapids, The German Mills American Oatmeal Company of Akron and The Rob Lewis & Co. American Oats and Barley Oatmeal Corporation. The company was later acquired by Pepsico in 2001 and became an arsenal of beverage in the market of sports beverage.
