Sartori Food Corporation was earlier very popular as S&R Cheese Corporation. Paul Sartori, an Italian immigrant, established the first store under the corporation in 1939. Family members of Sartori still manage and own the company. Sartori food is mainly an artisanal operation in the entire food factory. They are specialized in manufacturing varieties of hispanic, asiago, gorgonzola, blue-veined, parmesan and several Mexican cheeses, Italian cheese blends including many cheese-based flavored eatables. They even operate in partnership with various companies related to distribution of food throughout the United States. They are the largest producer of quality cheese products with splendid customer satisfaction.
