Hello Dearest Allstate Insurance Company, First and foremost I am a proud customer of Allstate and yes, I am in good hands. For nearly three years I have been an Allstate faithful customer and fortunately I have not had a renter’s insurance claim. Hooray! Well, what inspired me to write this message is the slogan I read for Allstate driver customers…… Get A Bonus for Driving Safe Get two Allstate Drive Bonus* Checks a year for driving safely. Are You in good hands*? My question is many division customers are Bonus receivers, like homeowners, drivers- of course,…. Personal umbrella insurers, condominium, flood insurers, landlord policy holders, restoration, landscapers, boater’s, power sports, appliance insurers…. All except renter Allstate policy holders. I do find it is essential to spread the appreciate of good customer wholesomeness inviting Renter insurance holder’s to Bonuses as well.

Seems to me like a federal crime when they pull your credit when you ask why your auto insurance is so high. Didn't even talk to agent. They were supposed to call me back when I opened my mail 2 days letter to find a letter stating they will pull my credit. When I called they already did.
