I got service in March 2013 then I got a bill and Brighthouse attached someone elses bill to mine then I get bills that range from 500 to 1000 for service for 3 months. this been going on now for 6 months I've been jumping through hoops to get my bill fixed I was told call the police I did they cant do nothing then submit all these document, but for some reasons the documentare good enough they want more documents. I did send requested documents over and over and over and over again by email, in person, and fax at least 10 times. In the meantime my services are on off on off on off most recently I paid 236.50 to Bright house they turned off my services after one day after I paid them! however my bill is currently 724 and some change for services for three months I would like to get corporate involved to solve these issues but customer service state they do not have their number????? I hope corporate reads this and fixes this this thing thats been going on for 6 months is not right or fair to me my daughter is FLVS student and is behind becase of Brighhouse thank you charlene cintron Deltona florida
I have been continually having service issues with Brighthouse for almost a year now. I have had 3 cable boxes switched out because they kept breaking and not working. They wouldn't record periodically and sometimes not at all. One completely stopped working. I was trying to get my 4th box because mine is broken and I had an appt from 10-12. It was canceled and I was given 6-8. Then I was called back trying to cancel that one. I said no that no other time was good. So they said ok. Then I got called at 745 and was given the option to cancel or to wait til after 9. I have had enough. I called to cancel my service and wanted to give the individual already scheduled to come to my house the box but of course I could not do that. Even though he was already going to take it. Your service does not work. Your representatives only say sorry but come up with no solutions (Tom and Jay). I will never use your service again. It should not be this much aggravation.
Very poor customer support for both internet and phone service. Poor quality technical support with individuals that do not what they are doing. They can read their screens but fail to understand concepts of what they are dealing with. After 2 hours on the telephone they hang up without connecting me to a supervisor. I will move to another provider for all of my services requirements.
