I had been with Diabetes America for quite a few years until recently due to disorganization, poor customer treatment, unknowledgeable PAs, and doctor mix ups with my meds and treatments. Both the PA and Diabetes Educator were arrogant and unprofessional to patients. When I called the corporate office to let them know, they two women I was told were supervisors of the Katy location were busy so I had to leave me name and number and what center I was calling about. I never received a call back from either lady. I no longer am a customer of Diabetes America.
