Very disappointed with the way this company runs their customer service line. I called three days in a row to be on hold for 30 minutes without speaking to a single person. I work in a call center so I know the importance of answering the phone quickly & helping the customer effiectently. You guys are setting terrible example and standards for what your company represents. Also extremely understaffed, a 30 minute hold time is outrageous and your abandon drop call rate must be outrageous. When I called the store where I purchased the item from they told me I have to call corporate, I told them my average hold time was 30 minutes and they said that is normal. Extremely disappointed.
