La Goulue had good name for serving French cuisine to its customers. After running successfully for 36 years, it now has closed its doors. However they are planning to re-open again in a newer location. Currently its sister Manhattan restaurants - Brasserie Ruhlmann and Orsay have been serving customers with few of the renowned cuisines from La Goulue. The cuisines are now offered in Orsay at lunch time from Monday to Friday. For example La Goulue's Cheese Soufflé is now served at Orsay. This magnificent cheese soufflé is still now being prepared by La Goulue's chef, Antoine Camin. Still customers continue to ask about re-opening of the restaurant.
