WE HAVE A POPEYES IN RAYTOWN MISSOURI THAT IS THE WORST POSSIBLE. THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE WORST. THE PLACE IS DIRTY AND THEY SEEM TO PRIDE THEMSELVES ON BEING RUDE. COUPONS ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO REDEEM AND THEY DO NOT EVER USE THE INTERNET FOR ORDERS. I ASKED THE MANAGER AND HE RUDELY SAID I COULD CALL CORPORATE IF I WANTED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LACK OF INTERNET USE FOR ORDERS. NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO KEY IN A COUPON SO COUPONS ARE USELESS FOR DISCOUNTS THAT ARE SENT OUT OVER THE MAIL. TRAINING SEEMS TO BE NON EXISTENT . I was thoroughly disgusted by the lack of employee's use of masks, or rather the lack thereof. 1. Employee entered the bathroom with mask and gloves, and did not replace them when exiting the bathroom. 2. Server was not covering this nose with the dirty mask he was wearing,what is the use of wearing a mask if it only covers the mouth. 3. The place was totally chaotic and the employees seemed to be overwhelmed, cars in drive through waiting inordinate time (at least 15 minutes). We reversed and went inside, where the chaos was observed first hand. The Popeye's is located on US 1, Vero Beach, Florida. Too disgusted to ever order from that Popeye's and any other Popeye's. Used to be my husband's favorite fast food joint. Ugh, Gross.

I placed an order at the Popeyes in Castle rock Colorado I did not get what I ordered it was supposed to be white meat and dark meat I got all dark when I tried to call the store they do not answer it rings 15 or 20 times and then goes to the fact I don’t know this is the way you want to run your business but I most certainly will put the word out not to go to Popeyes
