We visited the location in Paducah KY on Sept. 4th 2013. Our food was good except the sweet potato fries were heavily salted. I have never heard of serving salted sweet potatoes; they were not bad, but I would have preferred them not salted and my husband hates salt and was expecting to be safe in ordering the sweet potato fries. Naturally he didn't eat them. Also the waiter was unable to redeem my stripes and said I needed to get the code online to be able to redeem them. Trouble is, I have not been able to get into my account for months, even after changing the password twice. I am seriously thinking about never going to Friday's again. Is your stripes program a scam? Also I couldn't fill out the survey; it said the store number was invalid, though I put in the store no. on the check. I am just too frustrated; it isn't worth it.

Store number 0091(Marlton/Evesham). As A hospitality educator & attorney. Why does a pregnant bartender that is 8 months pregnant have to work behind the bar with no safety/fatigue mats. The floor is constantly wet with broken glass. Management when asked about the safety of staff tell me its not my job to be concerned about bartenders or staffs safety. The bartenders say they had them but got moldy and were thrown out over 2 years ago & have never been replaced. It is a law to provide a safe work environment for staff. Yet in this store management does not care. No wonder management turnover rate is high in this store. I sure would not want to be sued for negligence of the lose of a baby due to a fall of a pregnant bartender behind the bar or anyone due to an unsafe work environment. Plus bartenders/staff explain that they are not supplied or advised about slip resistant work safety shoes with vibram soles. American training and education off staff & mangers is deplorable. Its all about the money. Service sucks/ food sucks. Hell GM,s, Kitchen Managers don't even know what temp water boils or freezes. Waitpersons or management also don't even know what T.I.P. or T.I.P.S. stands for. But yet; they expect it or think they are entitled."PATHETIC"(To Inshore Promptness) or (To Inshore Proper Service) Maybe teach this too: (S.E.R.V.I.C E.)= Social, Enthusiastic, Responsible, Vibrant, Intelligent, Courteous, Engaged

What has happened to quality, TGI has now handled the quality of the food we normally go several times a week as we work 7 days a week so it's easier for us to eat out. However when we go out the quality of the service Lacks, from lazy, rude to they are doing you a favor by waiting on you. Port Charlotte, Florida we went in yesterday it was very slow (not many people) and from the host to the server it was terrible. The server was more interested in talking to others about his other (2nd job) than waiting on our table. This is not the first time, but yesterday was the worst. Work on service, the food is much better than it was. We will not be going back anytime soon, because of the poor service.

Visited linden nj location 7/24/2013. 2100 hrs receipt# 000000140708565 total 30.99 I left and I left a 6.00 gratuity the service was lousy and food at best mediocre. I was at this location to have as business meetin with a client and I was totally embarrassed. I did have a choice of chilis, olive grade, red lobster, I choose TGIF as it is my preferred restaurant. I will never go to this location again. Respectfully submitted Harold t De lancey CEO De lancey/Adams//investigations/llc 1128 Lafayette ave Bklyn ny 11221 9175456070 delanceyharold@yahoo.com

I was so disappointed in the meal I was served on say 13th July at around 7.45pm. As it was all fat and its was a trip with 15 others and my meal was the only one that was awfull it totally ruined the day for me we had just been to London to watch a show and it was a massive limo day that was not cheep to end the day with a bad meal. Then to be told it was going to be taken off the menu in oct was even more annoying that must of ment you had lots of complaints about the 160z sirloin steak to keep it on is wrong as its not cheep. Please contact me back with what you intend to to about this. Carlastephenson@icloud. Com thank you

I have been a TGI customer from my parents used take myself and the family to dinner. I must say that my dinning experience was the worst I ever had at the Coral Springs, Florida branch. It was my cousin birthday and we, the family decided to go to TGIs for dinner. The manager of the branch was very disrespectful to myself and the family. There was a bug in the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta that I ordered. I had ask the waiter to get the manager for me and when he came his attitude and he manner in which he spoken to myself and the family was very disrespectful and condescending. In addition, he brought the on site police officer that was working a detail at the restaurant with him to speak to myself and the family. We felt like we had done something wrong such as committed a crime. I must say that it was the first time I ever felt like I did not want to be the part of the whole dinning experience that TGIs offer to myself and the family. As a manger, he did not take the time out to listen to us as a customer. Plus, he was very quick to criticize me as a customer. I felt very small and did respected; I fell that as a customer, we should be treated like a customer and not as a outcast. I know that TGIs Friday is a very reputable company and tries to give each and each customer the best dinning experience; however, this experience honestly have been the worst. I will never give another person advice about going to TGIs Friday to eat with the family. I have pictures of the incident. My email address is: thomasdwayne52@yahoo.com

Fridays used to have good food but as of currently the food was NOT good, the alcoholic beverages had NO alcohol in them and we had to send them back. We heard fridays seemed like something was going on because they cut back on drinks and food completely. To be honest, that is exactly what we experienced. High prices and lack of quality and quantity. Sorry but no more fridays for US!

My husband and I took our son and his family to TGIF in the Shoppingtown Mall Dewitt, New York. It was a disaster. We were seated right away. Our two small children were given a menu with crayons. That was the only good part of the experience. We waited forever to order our food. Our waitress seemed preoccupied. When the food finally arrived, one meal did not come until much later than the rest, one of the meals had a very long hair on the plate and the other meals were cold. Probably because of the wait. The manager came to our table and apologized for the hair on the plate and removed that meal from our bill. As for my family and I we have made our last trip to TGIF. I plan on telling the rest of our family and friends about this horrible experience. I might better have thrown that one hundred and some dollars out the window.

I was having dinner with a friend tonight when the manager walked up to our table & said excuse me ladies, I'm not trying to be rude or anything but can you tell me or can you guage how much longer y'all are going to be? We are fixing to start karioki & this area should have been designated as such. We can move you to another area if you want or...I looked at him (trying to think before reacting too fast) & asked are you a manager & he said yes. I said of the bar or the restaurant & he said all of it (he looked mid to late 20's). I told him that he was being very rude & that I have never been treated like this. There was no line of people waiting to get in either. He said I will comp you something & I said "no, don't bother, we are leaving." We had ordered appetizers, dinner and drinks & was'nt there an hour. He did not even ask if we were going to participate in karioki. We will not be back to TGI Friday's in Ft. Smith, Arkansas on Rogers Ave.!

This review is on Store# 1816 in Dayton, Oh. My daughter received a cup full of chemicals versus a blue rasberry slushy. When I asked the manager about how the mix up could have occurred, with the understanding that all chemicals should be marked, he stated, the server went to the bar for the flavoring. As you can see, this did not answer my question. The manager "resolved" the issue by giving my daughter a free $1.50 dessert, and comping her $3.50 meal. To me, this is NOT an adequate way to handle this issue. Unfortunately, I have been a TGIFriday member for years, and WILL NOT be returning to this organization.
