I have had nothing but problems with United since I left my home in Houston to fly to Rhode Island for a family death, including cancelled flight, lost luggage which was incorrectly delivered to the wrong address, rude agents and customer service agents in other countries who hang up on you and after calling the corporate number, the operator says she's transferring me to the head of customer service when it just goes to the Philippines. Very unprofessional and unacceptable for the money you pay to fly these days. Ridiculous. Can't get a live person from the US in an upper management position to answer a call. Wow! Great way to do business.

Sgt Lucca on United Airlines As a dog lover and thankful citizen for our U. S. Military, please accept my thanks and congratulations for the outstanding way in which you took care of "Sgt Lucca" and her handler. Other corporations would do well to heed your actions and care.
