I don’t normally write reviews but you really need to know what a wonderful job the manager, Trecie Bolton, at your Northpark Mall, Davenport, IA location is doing. First, customer service at the store is phenomenal! I don’t know if she gives her employees happy pills when they come to work, but everyone is so pleasant and seems to genuinely enjoy being at work, that it makes shopping at Northpark a pleasure. Some months back, she introduced herself to me while I was shopping, letting me know she was the store manager and asked how everything was and if I needed anything – Who does that today?! Every time I see her in the store, she’s smiling, helping customers. Her warmth, professionalism, and what can only be, a genuine love of people, has permeated through the store. Shopping at Northpark Mall really is a pleasure. The employees are content enough to let their personalities shine through. As I said, I normally don’t write reviews. There is another employee at this same store that deserves recognition and while I’m writing a review, I will include mention of her. I do not know her last name, but her first name is Morgan. She’s young, blond and so very personable. She has helped me three times at the jewelry counter. I must say, with her assistance, I purchased a lot more jewelry than I intended. Great little salesperson!
