A convenience store with an international chain, Circle K Stores, Inc., is located in El Paso region of Texas, in the United States. The organization was established in 1951 and Alimentation Couche-Tard owns and operates the business. A famous entrepreneur named Fred Hervey bought three Kay's Food Store in the region of Texas during 1951 and renamed them as Circle K Food Stores, Inc. They have been doing successful business as the largest chain of convenience store, since 1980, in the United States. However, they were declared bankrupt in 1990 after they faced stiff competition from several other stores of same nature.
