very very disgusted with the site. i cancelled my account today because of the lousy service. i want some of my money back, because i started on sept the second and was very unhappy when they said i could not get my money BACK. This company will not return phone calls and I've left plenty of requests for same. I want my money back because I am getting NO results from the site. Not the fault of the Company, but just where I live in Texas. Common you folks, give me my money back!! V. Hall CAPT USNR-R

Called twice; both times got disconnected before the phone even rang. Was calling because eHarmony deducted $9.99 from my PayPal account when I pushed a button to be notified of when someone opened my message to him. I didn't authorize the deduction. They may have this mentioned somewhere in the "upgrade" page, but it wasn't shown when I clicked the box on. I want my money back.
