Hi First of all I have enjoyed the food featured on your menu for many years. The staff at the location where I frequently visit are always very helpful and courteous. Today I visited the same location which I have not visited since the virus for some time. I ordered the French dip with potato salad and no cheese. My wife ordered the Southwest chicken salad with no cheese and no onion. Well both items Came with cheese and onion Which we asked not to have. The young lady that took our order repeated the order to us so we took for granted that the order would come out correctly. We took our order to go and we live downtown while your restaurant is at the Uptown Mall in Albuquerque, I have to get on the highway to get there that is how much we enjoy your food. What a disappointment we got when we got home. The first words out of my wife’s mouth were “we are never going back there again”. In closing I just want to say we have enjoyed your food in the past and sorry that we will never return, have a good day.

The service at your Clinton location is awful from the employees to the managers. I have a bad experience almost every time that I'm in there, but no more. I will no longer patronize this location due to the repeated did service that I receive. Not only me but I've had family members to endure the same unfriendly attitudes that we get from the associates. They got my order wrong, my food was burnt and they get an attitude and hangs the phone up in my face when I called back to express my concerns. I'm shard working productive citizens in the community. And I am definitely NOT looking for a hand out. Signed Feed up
