refering heritage,park 2145 e. irlo,bronson mem hwy kissimme, fl 34744 what the hell, how could have you name on a hotel like this , i was in the hotel buniness for 20 years , and i do understand that it was an old hotel , but my god it should be close as a ramda. we check in and ther was no ac in lobby , i can see that . the front desk was very pleasent , we were given room 136, beside the odor of mildew , the mirror over the sink still had thooth paste water spot on it , now were not talking one or two spot were talking the whole bottom of the mirror,looking in the bath room the tub had mildew all along the caulking , pulling back the sheets ther were hairs allover the bed , which made me sick , went to fron desk and told then they offer to move us , iunderstand , that . yet again , we move yo 237. walk into frist thing you saw was the drity mirror agin , not as bad but it was still there , little mildew in bath room turn on tv and it didnt work , mean while , the ac was not putting out cool air , so i calle the front desk he sent the mantiacne man up , was smelling of beer , ask him if hes been drinking he say yes , he gave us another key to another room , wnt to the third room thinking in my mind this hotel cant be this bad , ,,,,,,,, 136 omg the this eak of milddew , big spots on the carpet , mildew tough out the bath room , i ve had enough , yet again the front desk was realley nice had no idea what the room looks like , aw we walk down the hall the curtain were open you saw rooms with mildew down the whole wall , bucket under leak, i really think this is a shame yall have no pride in you hotel , as i see in the reveiw the corportion has hotel all across the states like this , as far as i concern a ramada inn will never cross my mind again , ill sleep in a car before i stop @ another one , yall should really think about shutting down the ramada corporate , cause thess nasty hotel though out the country are not fair to the nice ramda ,
