My dealings with this Company has to be the most unprofessional group of people to serve the public. Save yourself the stress of dealing with this Company. Great products, however that alone doesn't warrent stepping threw the doors. I highly recommend doing business elsewhere. There playset are guaranteed to replace any parts free of charge. However, this is NOT the case! They charge $75 for the labor and a service charge of $25 for parts. Doesn't sound free bye my definition. These people must of held office in goverment, because the math is fuzzy. One trip to this business, and you'll understand what I mean.
