Another Example of a worthless Bank. All they have working for them are droids. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing except skimming money from customers using every method they can. Try contacting someone at this institution that knows something, good luck.

I have been trying for over 18 months to get some resolution for problems with my account. This bank has taken over 4000 in fees from me in over one year. I have provided time and time evidence that it was their error only to be told that someone else had to okay it. This was all going on while I was battling stage 3 breast cancer. My house is in foreclosure because this bank would not give me back all the money that took out in erroneous fees and fines. I have never ever dealt with such crap as I have in this banking nightmare. I have had to file bankruptcy which means I am stuck with them while I navigate this nightmare with them.

I have to disagree with the past posting on US Bank. My husband and I are moving to an area that no Wells Fargo so we opened an account with US Bank. We entered the bank and were greeted with smiles and a warm "hello". We sat down and asked our question and did not feel we were at all troubling them. We have gone back and they now know us by name after being in once. No that is service and then you even get a smile with it, I can't ask for much more then that.

For years, I was certain that Wells Fargo and Bank of America had to be, not just the most awful banks, but also the most horrid corporate entities. I guess US Bank was jealous so they are now vying for the "most hated" title. If you EVER run into personal difficulty as a customer of US Bank (e.g., a direct deposit gone astray), do not expect an iota of help or compassion from this bank. Instead, while you suffer under the vagaries of our monetary systems, US Bank will gleefully rack up a bunch of fines & fees, refusing IN ANY WAY to extend understanding and goodwill. They are nothing short of vicious. And how they got some bogus ranking as "best bank for senior citizens" is an absoluite mystery. They are cruel and mean to seniors, especially disabled seniors. I hope that they are driven to their knees, sued out the yazoo, their nasty employees fired, and they disappear from the face of the earth. They deserve to be despised by even the morally weak.
