I was recently hired by HSN, upon completing all of the required pre-employment testing & software checks, I did receive the welcome letter & was hired on the spot. The problem is with the point of contact. Tanya Wilkins, she is my appointed contact and had asked for some personal info. After sending it to her many times, she never responded, & her ph number doesn't allow messages. It is VERY discouraging to say the least. I have no idea what's going on with my training date, which has already been set. This lack of communication is terrible.

I recently tried to merge my TV and On-Line account with HSN. After the merge, information of other HSN customers appeared in my account. I called and spoke to a Supervisor, "Samantha" who didn't understand the seriousness of compromised customer information. She told me nothing could be done, it couldn't be unmerged and she had no supervisor above her, I could speak with. The situation has yet to be fixed.

Really great other than their shipping and delivery method. They already charge for EACH item and they charge plenty. They are insisting on using the UPS via USPS to your home which takes an additional 2-3 days!! When I order something, I expect a prompt delivery time. THIS NEAEDS TO STOP. HSN and QVC! I am going to rally some troops to boycott these 2 companies. I know a lot of people are upset and it's lasted way too long!!
