KFC is the chain of food restaurant with it's headquarter in Louisville, Kentucky. The company was known as Kentucky Fried Chicken and they primarily sell different variation of snacks made of chicken. KFC stands as an American icon and is regarded as world's largest food chain for fried chicken. At present, the company is holding second position after McDonald's by running food chain business in more than 105 countries. Number of outlets being operated by the authority is near about 17000. According to December 2011 report, owners are planning to start more outlets in south Asian countries. Harland Sanders is the founder of this world famous company.

    bad service. Ordered extra crispy. Got home and it was regular. Ordered 2 piece meal (2 orders) the pieces (leg & thigh) are CONSIDERABLY smaller than before. Asked Allison about it. Her answer was only: "we cook what they send us". This rest. located on Dorothy Lane, Colorado Springs. Called your customer complaint dept. they couldn't offer a reason why pieces are smaller, but you still charge the same, if not more. Tried to call your corp. office 502 874-8300 something is wrong with your line. Keep getting disconnected. Hunter at this store helped me the other day and he was TERRIFIC. He should be the mgr. not Allison.

    KFC in Washington, IL would not take a call in order, said they were to busy, so I drove to the store, waited 36 minutes to place my order in the drive thru, ordered a 10 piece meal. Paid for it, then got handed my order. Got home and they only gave me an 8 piece meal. I paid for a 10 piece meal ($31.45). Then called the store to let them know of the mistake, the other person in my house started yelling about being shorted, and the KFC store hung up on me. They never returned my call of anything. This is not the first time this store has messed my order up. All this happened 9/21/20, 6:15pm, Ticket #1832

    Im very unhappy with your company. I stopped at your store in Vincinnes Indianna on Hart st and after a 10 min wait in line when I got to order was told that they had no more chic I could not leave because the way their drive thur is made you can not pull out .so I had to set there and wait another 15 min and watch all the cars ahead of me get their ordeers never again you just lost me,,,,by the way what kind off chicken restaront has no chicken

    I thought I would give KFC ONE more chance, I pull up and place my order of two chicken breast and two chicken wings, she said that my order came to $17.50, I thought this can't be, I ask has KFC raised their prices, she said Yes, but the just haven't change their signs, isn't this FALSE advertising. Never, Never again will I go to another KFC, it is just a RIP OFF. When we got home and open the box the chicken was totally DRY and cold. It looked and tasted as though it had been sitting there for three hours. I for one hope you go broke KFC...this KFC is in Cape 'Girardeau, Missouri, as I said before, NEVER, NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STOP AT KFC, AND MY ADVICE TO YOU IS THE SAME, WHAT A JOKE THEY HAVE BECOME.

    I'm tired of going to the Salem Rd, Conyers, GA location because they never have what I want unless I wait 8 minutes. Last week, I was told to wait on my chicken. When I thought the drive thru man was bringing my chicken out to me in my car, he came to tell me they didn't have anymore mashed potatoes. I would have to wait longer if I wanted them to make some... this was 9:30pm. I told him to give me my money back. he said "are you serious"? If I can't get what I want, why should I accept whatever they had left over.He took his time to reverse the charge on my card. Tonight: 2013-09-12,8:12pm, Ticket #1642, G13507021391642, I went to a different location, 1675 Ga Hwy 138 SE, Conyers, GA 30013. I waited 20 mins in the drive thru just to give my order. When the women started to hand me my order in a single bag, I asked her if everything was in the bag... she replied with an adamant yes. When I got home, instead of 6pc chicken with 6 biscuits, mashed potatoes and coleslaw, all i got was 6pc chicken and only 3 biscuits.... NO SIDES! I called the restaurant and asked them to pull up the order and cancel the 6pc meal I paid for but did not get. The women on the other end said, 1st off I can't pull up nothing, you need to bring it back here and we'll give you your sides. I told her no I wasn't driving back there, I'll cancel the charge with my bank. I'm not spending anymore gas to go to KFC. I ordered PIZZA for my family. Needless to say, you have lost me as a customer forever.

    the employees were very rude to me and my family, the food was cold and hard, and the dinning room was a mess. there was garbage all over the floor, seats , and tables. I would not recommend anyone to go to KFC in Bloomsburg Pennsylvania. I WILL NEVER take my family there EVER EVER again.

    Your rating system doesn't do justice to how bad KFC has become. A negative rating number system I think would be more appropriate. One being the worst and 5 a maggot would eat this. Not sure any attempt at a complaint will do any good. Seems today the only thing any corporation cares about is profit. Screw product quality, what's the cheapest shit we can put out there and still get away with calling it food and keep the money flowing.Day after day I see more and more companies failing and most blame things on the economy or competition from abroad. That's all bull shit. Try eating your own product and you will soon learn why your sales are falling and your company is failing or soon will be.I'd be ashamed to have my name associated with the garbage your shoveling.

    I have been enjoying Kentucky Fried chicken since the late 1970"s and have never had a problem until now. We went to the store on Harmont Ave in Canton, Oh, and ordered the new boneless chicken. If this is how it is going to be, it will ruin your business after all these years. The service was fine, but the chicken was dry and so tough, I could not chew it. We used the drive-thru, and took our meal home, so it was not worth it to take it all the way back to complain, but I thought you should know about it. Maybe if the chicken had been freshly cooked or not over cooked or whatever was wrong with it, it would have been better. i will never know, as I do not plan on trying it again. Thank you for the opertunity to let you know.

    On July 17, I went to KFC, Valley, AL. I ASK for a 2 piece white dinner and a liver dinner, both with extra biscuits. I also got a bucket ( boneless) and another bucket mixed pieces. I ordered 6 sides and 12 extra biscuits with that. FOURTEEN total biscuits extra. The buckets, sides & extra biscuits were for our church. I also got 4 gallons of tea. I got 3. The dinners were for nurses in ER. I had to wait for my order for over 30 mins. I'd ask for pies which they forgot to add in. After they finally called me, I think- no joke- they took every black ahead of me. it's almost 9 PM & I run by the hospital first. They had not placed the dinners in the bags. I had to give them one of our buckets and 2 sides. That left me with one bucket & 4 sides. When I phoned MJ ( mgr) to report the error, they answered the phone then laid it down. I waited 40 mins & she hung up the phone. I was tee'd by then. I phoned back and told her. She sent me a card for the dinners which I took back yesterday. I can NOT believe it, they left out the biscuits and instead of breast, I got a wing & a drumstick. Forget the extra biscuits, which I didn't get. What is wrong with y'all? I can order and run a hospital ER and YOU can't fill a simple written dinner order. I 've had so many problems with your drive in too. Always leave something out or give me the wrong stuff. We posted a huge notice on our board in the hospital to ask if anyone else had problems. You should see the complaints in only 2 weeks!

    THE WORST HONEY BARBEQUE WINGS I HAD EVER HAD. FIRST THEY DIDNB'T HAVE A FULL ORDER, SO THEY USE 4 WINGS ORIGINAL AND PUT SAUCE ON THEM, I GAVE THEM PERMISSION TO DO THIS, IF I HADN'T I WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL SOME IS COOKED, AT LAST THEY WERE OLD AND HAD A DIFFERENT TASTE. I DON'T FEEL LIKE TAKING ANOTHER 15MINUTE DRIVE TO GO BACK.
