On May 26th I ordered a Wacom Cintiq 13hd digital drawing pad for my son as a college graduation gift. I paid 1250.00 because TigerDirect promised shipping within 48 hours. Other vendors were charging 999.00 but stated clearly in their websites that they were back ordered and could not ship for two weeks. TigerDirect repeatedly has revised their expected ship date since I ordered. Now they are promising to ship next week. On the phone a TigerDirect rep let it slip that their drop shipper was Stewart Douglas in Wisconsin. I spoke with Stewart Douglas and they told me that they have no inventory and do not know when to expect it. However Their website still states that they will ship in 48 hours. I suspect that this is part of pattern of deceptive practices on the part of TigerDirect and request that the office of Pam Bondi, Florida States Attorney begin an investigation into deceptive promises on Tiger Direct website.
